Investors' Circle, a network of investors who catalyzing the growth of the sustainable economy, invite you to join them at their bi-annual conference in Boston, Nov. 11-12. Our next quarterly training session for new or prospective early stage venture investors/angel investors will be held on Tuesday September 23rd from 9am to 1 pm in mid-town Manhattan. The sessions include:

  • The Investment Process
  • The Due Diligence Process
  • Valuing Early State Companies
  • Structuring the Deal
  • Term Sheets & Closing Documents

The sessions are geared for new and prospective investors, and we combine teaching instruction with workshop exercises. The atmosphere is one of "we are all learning together", and is very hands on - so bring your calculator!
